Or just for baking pans? I never bother greasing bowls for rising dough, but see no reason why not to use it for both. It does leave a film and shortens their life. If you like to spray, try a Misto pump-up sprayer along with your favorite cooking oil. As such, you'll be spraying pure oil, no additives. I use this for eggs with a non-stick pan. I still use Crisco for bread pans. --------------- MESSAGE bread-bakers.v114.n021.3 --------------- From: Reggie Dwork Subject: Steakhouse Black Bread Date: Wed, 21 May 2014 17:44:10 -0700 * Exported from MasterCook * Bread, Steakhouse Black Recipe By : Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Bread Bread Machine Bread-Bakers Mailing List Grains Low Fat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/3 cups strong brewed coffee -- room temperature 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup dark molasses 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup rye flour 2 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast -- or bread machine yeast Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer.
