This is the recipe in the DAK catalog with their breadmaker. We've made it a
couple of times. It's a pretty decent bread.
[ The DAK is the same as the Welbilt, and at $129 is a GREAT buy! -Jeff]
1 package of yeast
3 1/3 cups flour
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons dill seed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Just dump them in in that order, and press "play" :-)
