In the last Bread Digest, someone wanted a recipe for a bread which 
used cornmeal.

 Large Loaf
creamed corn                                1 1/2 cup
vegetable oil                                   2 tbs.
vanilla extract                                 1 tsp
salt                                          2/3 tsp
brown sugar                                     2 tbs.
nutmeg                                        2/3 tsp
cornmeal                                        1 cup
bread flour                                     3 cups
yeast                                           2 tsp.
