Help! I've got manymanymany cups of shredded zucchini in my refrigerator
and only one recipe (zucchini wheat bread from _The Bread Machine Cookbook_).
It's OK, but nothing special. I've just looked through all my archived
bread-digests (back to March), and the word "zucchini" doesn't appear
even once! Anyone got any recipes that they like?
