Bread-Bakers v006.n029.1

Yesterday, I was out of bread flour and used some hot roll mix I had...
don't ever try that...it was a disaster!!!  Top caved in and when you
squeezed it it was like a sponge!!  But my birds in the back yard loved
it!  (they have to eat too!)
