Bread-Bakers v006.n060.3

hello fellow alchemists:

i'm interested in using ONLY whole-grain flours in my breads.  i'm also
interested in baking bread that is not as heavy as that which i have been
baking.  any suggestions/tips, other than adding gluten flour?  thanks.
