	Hi, I live in R.I  I purchase my yeast at a food warehouse,
	SAM'S CLUB or BJ'S CLUB.

        I think it packaged in 2 1 lb vacuum sealed packages.
	Cost about $5.00.  RED STAR brand.

	It keeps well in the refrigerator, I had my last package
	for over a year.

	I don't have a membership at these places, but I have
	friends that do so I have them pick it up for me.
	As you may have already figured, the cost saving is tremendous.
