Bread-Bakers v006.n065.21

As a very new subscriber, I'm reluctant to flaunt my ignorance too boldly,
but seeing the many delicious recipes for bread made in a machine, I was
wondering how to convert them to manual baking.  Is there some obvious
procedure that I just don't know about?  In looking over the last few logs, I
noted that someone else asked this question, but I haven't yet seen an
answer.  Thanks to whomever answer this.  Laury Epstein
