Bread-Bakers v006.n071.8

This is a note in praise of King Arthur, not just because I like their flour
and other products, but because their baking department is so helpful.  I had
trouble with a recipe, and although it was not theirs, Erica of their baking
department went to heroic efforts to help me, tracking down a friend who made
a similar bread, and calling me back with several suggestions.  So, thanks to
