I have been receiving the digest for about 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoy it, unlike some of the other lists I have tried. With that said, I am interested if there have been discussions or if anyone has interests in pasta or noodle recipes, a bread in some respects. I would like to learn about pasta/noodle recipes and I am particularly interested in finding out if anyone has information or guidance about making rice noodles for Asian cuisine and whole gain pastas.
