Bread-Bakers v006.n087.3

I have a question re: what malt syrup is and where it can be purchased. I 
found a bagel recipe that requires this and I am unsure about where I 
should look for this and also about how much it might cost. Do you also 
know how it is purchased--that is the quantity?? Thanks for any help on 
this question.
