Bread-Bakers v096.n002.18

We are in the market for a new bread machine.  The Welbilt ABM 5000 
we bought from QVC was recalled!  We really liked the machnine except 
for two little problems.  The bread seemed to stick around the paddle 
no matter how much Pam we sprayed it with.  Does anyone  know of a 
machine that doesn't have this problem?  Also, there was the hole in 
the bottom of the bread when the paddle finally came out.  Is this 
just the nature of a bread machine or is there some way to avoid it?
