Bread-Bakers v096.n007.3

Phyllis was wondering why King Arthurs shipping charges are so high.  I do not
know but I certainly agree with her.  I wanted to buy a bag of flour recently
but the shipping would have been more than the flour!!  I have never asked them
about this.  I only order what I cannot find anywhere else and must have.
