Carl Shipman asked about low cost containers for collection of flours, etc.
I was able to obtain 8 large plastic candy jars (the kind that are on the
counter in small candy or convenience stores, filled with penny candies,
lollipops, etc) They are clear plastic, have a large plastic lid (big
enough opening to use a cup to dip in )and hold 5 pounds of flour easily.
Of course, there is always Tupperware : )
