Bread-Bakers v096.n011.23

Many of our local bakerys have a product called Dutch crunch bread.  This is
a white bread with a very crunch, flakey top crust.

This bread is one of our family favorites and I wonder if anyone has a
recipe to make this in my bread machine.  Either full baking, or dough cycle
with finishing by hand, would be acceptable.
