IF IN DOUBT FREEZE IT!  I still stick to my original thoughts, however, with
"foreign-origin rices, etc., freeze for 24 hrs. just to be sure,plus dried
peppers,& other "dried"foodstuffs, but if you're not sure of it, FREEZE
IT!,as Weevils can eat through plasatic bags(but not bottles! :-)  )
