Fat Free Bread

For fat free bread that tastes good every time, use Butter Buds or Molly 
McButter. It is the dry butter that you find in any grocery store. My 
recipe calls for 2 Tbsp. butter and I use 1 1/2 tsp. of the dry buds. I 
have used this for 1 1/2 years and have had great reviews on my bread. I 
use the buds in all types of breads with great 
sucess. Fleischmann's makes a liquid butter that is fat free. I use this 
when making the filling for cinnamon rolls.
