Hi,
Had a couple questions for the abm owners.  I noticed that my Welbilt 
had 2 kneading cycles, but my new Zoji has only one?  Why?  Does it 
matter?
also, I recently came across a recipe that needed "wonderslim".  This 
doesn't sound too appetizing, what is it????
