Bread-Bakers v097.n012.18

Here is the recipe for a 1 1/2 lb loaf in the bread machine.

English Muffin Bread

1 1/4 cups Water
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 cups Bread Flour
3 tbsp nonfat dry milk
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

The dough will be very moist, but the end result is tasty!
