I can vouch for the Miracle Mill, and for the excellent service provided by
Irwin Franzel and Delta Rehab. I've been enjoying my grain mill since last
fall, and there is truly no comparison between freshly ground grain and
commercial flour (I say that even though I work in a food co-op that sells
excellent flours). The Miracle Mill is extremely easy to use and to clean.
