These folks will send them out to you by mail order. They have a couple of
sizes and shapes for proofing baskets. I purchased two small round coiled
baskets a couple of years ago for about $15.00 each plus shipping. The
small coiled baskets are the same ones sold by other baking suppliers for
considerably more money. The baskets are really nice to use!
