Bread-Bakers v098.n019.11

I have tried numerous whole wheat recipes for my bread machine.  All the
breads comes out with big holes and fall apart.  I let the bread cool
for at least an hour before cutting it. I have even tried making the
bread adding gluten.  Can anyone offer suggestions? Thanks
