Hi,

I'm looking for some references for shaping batards whether it be diagrams
or photos. I've looked in a number of books and haven't found any. Does
anyone have any good references? For those of you who are interested, I
did find a good photo reference with step by step procedures for forming a
baguette or sourdough in Julia Child's "The Way to Cook".
