Apple Chunk Bread 

use basic or sweet cycle

Milk -1 C
vegetable oil -3 Tbs
sugar- 2 Tbs
cinnamon-1/2 tsp
salt-1 1/2 tsp
bread flour-3 C
yeast-1 1/2 tsp

Medium apple, peel and dice-1 1/2

Add the apples at the beginning of the 2nd kneading cycle

This is a dessert bread and should be eaten warm.
