Yummy, but how......

Some time ago I was given a piece of a very flat bread, it had been
torn, not cut.
The whole was about 15 inches x 7 inches x 1 inch, but had whitish herby 
cheesy filling enclosed, it was a yeast dough, but what was inside.
 It was supposed to have been made by a Lebanese baker.
 Any one have any ideas on what or how it was made.
