Pizza dough

We had a pizza from a restaurant called 'Vic's' in central Illinois. The
crust was almost flaky like a pie crust, yet it had some yeast in it, I
think. Delicious crust! For years I've been making the traditional
yeast, doughy pizza crust, and now I want to make one like that one.
Does anyone have a recipe for a pizza crust like this?
