Bread-Bakers v099.n068.5

Hi,
Several recipes mention using the dough cycle on the bread machine and then
baking the bread in the oven. Could someone please tell me what steps to go
through once the bread is taken from the machine, how long to let rise, how
long to bake and at what temperature, etc. Thanks a lot.
