Joyce & Chris - Both the rye flavor and the rye sour available from the King 
Arthur Baker's Catalog work very well for me, although I use a rounded 
tablespoonful of the rye flavor - more than is recommended - for a two-pound 
loaf.  It's really just a matter of taste, though, so some experimenting is 
necessary.
