Bread-Bakers v100.n008.21

Hi Folks,
     I looked up the King Arthur web site but did not see anything referred 
to as a "bread pail". Now I'm curious. Can someone tell me what a bread 
pail is? I'm always surprised when I find a gadget I don't yet own.
