Bread-Bakers v100.n045.4

     The directions from Peter and Susan Reinhart for retarding pizza dough
sound very good, and I am going to try it, but--PLEASE DO NOT USE PLASTIC
TRASH BAGS FOR THIS!!!!  They may be impregnanted with insecticide and should
not be used to store any kind of food!
