Bread-Bakers v101.n014.4

Sherri noted that when using a Silpat sheet for kneading, it tended to 
shift around on the counter.  I have had the same problem with 
polypropylene cutting boards; I find that spreading a wet dish towel (or 
even paper towel) under the board anchors it.  I wonder if it would work 
for the Silpat sheets too?
