I don't know about your area, but in New Hampshire Sam's Club flours 
contain bromates. Bromates will make your bread rise beautifully, but are 
EXTREMELY unhealthy. Bromates have been outlawed in all countries, but 
America (why are we always last?!?) because they are believed to be very 
carcinogenic. Beware and check it out.
