Bread-Bakers v101.n042.2

A friend just recently discovered her 10 year old son is allergic to no 
less than 37 foods we all eat.  One food  is wheat.  Does anyone have 
recipes for "high rising" non wheat thus non gluten breads they will 
share.  This kid does love his peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. and I'd 
like to help.
