Here in Green Bay, we have a restaurant...well, kind of a restaurant, usually
found in malls, where you order, grab your stuff and sit in the mall, called
Ollie's.  They have these absolutely magnificent veggie things that are made
with some kind of dough stretched really thin and filled with a bit of
cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, carrots, etc.

Do you think it could be duplicated with just a simple bread dough or pizza
dough?
