Bread-Bakers v102.n003.17

I am in search of a recipe for dutch crunch bread and have only found one 
on the internet and it did not "crunch" the way I wanted it to.  I have 
searched my library of bread baking books and nary a recipe.  Can you 
help?  I hope so.
