Bread-Bakers v102.n005.19

I've used a large picnic cooler as a proofing cabinet with excellent 
results.  Place a small container of boiling water in the cooler and close 
the top.  Be sure the container is far enough from the bread or the bread 
will get too hot.  Low tech and effective.
