Bread-Bakers v102.n007.11

Many years ago, (at least 45) when I first learned to make bread....without 
the aid of any machine....I proofed it by putting it in a bowl, covering it 
with a clean towel, wrapping the whole thing in a feather comforter and 
placing the whole thing in a sunny window!!!!  Worked like a charm.
