Bread-Bakers v102.n010.6

I am looking forward to trying the recipe posted by Frederick J. Krall, but 
I am also interested in appraisals of the English muffin recipe from the 
Reinhart Book 'The Bread Baker's Apprentice.' Do any of you have any 
feedback?  I would like to hear from you.
