Bread-Bakers v102.n011.29

Jerry, I have just made Rick Krall's English muffins and they are 
superb.  I'm going to try Peter Reinhart's recipe soon, but they will have 
to be very, very good to beat Rick's muffins.  They are the best I have 
ever eaten.  I'll report after I make Brother Peter's recipe.
