When I use liquid lecithin I mix it about 1 : 4 with cooking oil and then 
dilute with an equal amount of vodka or everclear.  This can then be 
sprayed from a pump spray bottle on any thing you want to be stickless.  I 
use it on my baking pans, skillets, grills and anywhere else that I feel a 
need for it.  Works great!
