Bread-Bakers v102.n034.16

I am working on a project and need input from physically challenged bread 
bakers.  If you'd like to help, please email me at <reggie@jeff-and-reggie.com> and 
tell me about your disability and how you work around it when baking.

My own abilities have been slowly declining over the last 30+ years 
following an injury.  I use a wheelchair full time and have an 
attendant.  I've made many changes to my baking techniques over the years 
and I'd like to know about other people's experiences.
