Bread-Bakers v102.n047.1

I am very new to bread baking and I have a novice question I am sure.

I am  hoping to receive a pullman pan for Christmas, but in the meantime, I 
picked up a nice 12 x4 loaf pan at a garage sale.  In looking at my King 
Arthur catalog, I see that this too is a sandwich loaf pan.  Could someone 
please post a recipe that would appropriately fill this pan and produce a 
good loaf?
