Bread-Bakers v102.n055.11

Our local Great Harvest bread store has a bread they call DAKOTA BREAD. 
It's full of sunflower sees, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, whatever.  Just 
really crunchy.  Does anyone have a recipe for this bread?  I've tried some 
bread that are seeded and it's just not he same.
