The corn-rye bread was just that - a corn rye bread - a rye bread made with 
both rye and corn flours.

This is the recipe I have and it isn't too bad.

Corn Rye Bread

1 1/8 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
2 1/3 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 to 3 tablespoon gluten
2 cups flour
1/3 cup corn meal
2/3 cup rye flour
2 teaspoons yeast

Use whole wheat or basic bread machine cycle
