This is from Electric Bread and is also one of my favorites. This bread
usually hits the top of the breadmachine. This recipe works perfect with
the timer -- adding the ingredients the night before and having wonderful
cinnamon bread when you wake up.
Cinnamon Sunrise
1 1/8 cup water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp brown sugar (I add a little more)
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp cinnamon (I add a little more)
3 1/3 cup bread flour
1 1/2 tbsp dry milk
1/2 cup pecans
2 tsp yeast
Put all ingredients except pecans in bread pan and process on Fruit and Nut
Setting and at beep add pecans.
