Check out their cooking class schedule at 866-328-5412. I just spent 3 
fabulous hours with Peter Reinhart at the Marlton, NJ store. It was a demo 
course with him making: Pain a l'Ancienne, Wild Yeast (Sourdough) Bread, 
Five-Kern Bread with lots of Seeds. I found him a very pleasant, well 
organized, and knowledgeable teacher. He reported that he will be doing 
classes on Pizza when his new book is released.
