Bread-Bakers v103.n033.10

The tomato bread recipe in last week's digest (v103.n032.3) is from _Bread
Machine Magic_ by Linda Rehberg & Lois Conway.  The book title was in lower
case and the authors' names missing.  This will be fixed in the digest archive.

Someone asked about the loaf size - this recipe is for a "medium" loaf - 
about 1 1/2 lb.
