Hi Again,

Inmy last post I inadvertently listed the March 1 class in Scottsdale as 
being in California. Of course, it should have said Arizona. There is a 
possibility that Chris Bianco, of Pizzeria Bianco (arguably the best 
pizzeria in America), might come to that class for a special appearance and 
talk about (and maybe demonstrate) some of his pizza "secrets."

    Hope some of you can make it.
