Okay.  I am probably just feeling a whole lot frustrated, but I chose to 
take the "easy" way out by emailing you.  And boy do I sure hope you can 
help me.  What I am looking for is the recipe for "Basic White Bread" for 
the Hitachi HB-B201 Bread Maker.  If you could lead me in the right 
direction it would be greatly appreciated.
