Bread-Bakers v105.n012.6

On the cover of Maggie Glezer's wonderful book, A Blessing of Bread, there 
is a picture of a round challah.

The same picture illustrates the recipe for "My Challah" on page 94.

I have been through the book several times and I can't find the diagram. I 
am sure it has to be there because everything else is so carefully diagramed.

Could someone out there please help me? I would very much like to produce 
that beauty!
